Gujarat finalizes 17 PPAs amounting to 235 MW of solar power

Gujarat the western most state in India is afoot for being India’s solar energy hub with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., a state holding company engaged in the business of bulk purchase and sale of electricity signing Power Purchase Agreements for a period of 25 years with 17 varied companies placing the generated solar power at 235 MW including solar PV and solar thermal.
